When I use Adobe reader 9 on bitonal PDFs with LZW compression it throws error message "insufficient data for an image". But I can read them fine with Acrobat reader 8.1, 7.0 and 5.0. On reader 6.0 it will error sometimes. The PDFs were created by proprietary software. The PDF version is 1.4. The files are usually less than 100Kb. Most are between 6.0Kb to 90.0Kb. Has anyone else run into this problem?
