Resetting PDF Associations to Acrobat -- How?

A student of mine didn't review the associations when installing
Photoshop Elements and the default association for PDF files was
changed to Elements.  How does she change it back?  I looked in
Acrobat Reader and can't locate the area in preferences to reset it.
