PDF's will not print in color

I have adobe acrobat 7.08 Professional. For some strange reason I can't print any color from any pdf files on my computer. I've got an epson Aculaser Cx11NF and it is networked. All the other computers on the network print color pdf's to this printer. If I select "print color as black" it works fine without color. If I select "print as Image" I just get a blank page. If I print any color documents that are not pdf then they print color. I tried uninstalling acrobat and the printer software and it makes no difference. I can print these same pdf files in color to an inkjet on the network and it's fine.

So it's pretty obvious that the problem lies on my computer, just not sure what the problem is. Help?
