Don't you guys think it absolutely sucks that we have to post to message boards to find answers to questions about Adobe products? I tried to call Adobe at 1-800-833-6687 and was automatically disconnected after trying to reach customer support and also technical support. I called five times and finally gave up. I posted my issue in the message board, but with more than a gazillion postings, I highly doubt anyone will answer my question and if they do it will be 10 months from now - I need an answer today Adobe !
I am so fed up with searching message boards trying to find out if anyone has remotely the same issue as I am facing so hopefully their posting will answer my question.
Shove it Adobe.
