I am creating a personal development folder pdf in Mac os x Acrobat 7 Professional. I would like to be able to email the pdf to employees and include sections that the employee can fill in basic information such as their name and appraisal forms then save the pdf and data to there desktop. I have searched the web but can only find a solution if I am using a Windows.
