I create a newsletter in Word and convert to PDF. I have 1 recipient who can open the file but none of the images (clipart, jpg, etc) display. He is the only person who cannot seem them so I figure it is a security issue but cannot find anything in Adobe Reader to change.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
