I am afraid I may have bad news. I just downloaded the VISEData file in my OS 10.3.9 Mac, and I got a file with an Excel icon, which of course Excel opened as gibberish. I trasfered it to the iBook, where it has a generic icon and doesn't work. It is likely that something similar happens if the file is downloaded to a Win machine.
