This is an odd one. A PDF file was attached to an e-mail sent to my client. When executing the PDF file from within the e-mail message, it opens a different PDF file found locally. The message was forwarded to me and the same thing occured except it opened a PDF that was on my system. No error message or warnings is generated.

Within OutLook's message windows, the attachment properly displays the filename which is in Japanese. I was able to copy the file out of the message and it would open as it should. However, the filename did not come over, it shows up on my desktop with no filename only the pdf extention.

If anyone has an explanation for this occurence, it would be appreciated.
Thank you.
