Using <ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobatreader/mac/>

There is an english version of the Acrobat Reader CE 5.0.5 on the ftp
site (arce505enu.bin). There is the English version of Acrobat Reader 5
on the ftp site (ar500enu.bin). There is only the VISE Data of the
installer of 5.0.5 for english. I'll report the problem to the
appropriate people. There are versions of Acrobat Reader 3 and 4 on the
website, so I assume the 5.0.5 version is a slip up of some sort.
