When I try to install Adobe Reader 9 I get the following message: 'Error 1714. The older version of Adobe Reader 9 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.'

If I try to remove Adobe Reader 7 via 'Add/Remove Programs' I get this message: 'This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.'
