The most solid way of making this happen is to go to your Printers & Faxes in the Control Panel and go to file/server properties and choose to create a new form. Below enter in the dimensions of the banner and give it a unique name. Now go to Publisher and from the file/print menu choose the Distiller and in the page set-up choose the "form" or page size that you created in the Server Properties window. Then print. It should give you the dimensions that you are seeking. Good luck!
