Searching for keywords or comments in properties

In the Propeties window of a PDF file, if I add text to the comments or keywords or subject field, and save the file, I expected to be able to use the Windows Find function (control F) to find that file. However, it doesn't work.

This method works with other types of files (zip, WORD, MP3, etc).

Any suggestions?
