For various reasons that aren't pertinant, I had to delete the pdx file association. I've added it again as a new association, choosing to associate it with AR7 (the only option). But I can't figure out how to tell it that it needs to associate with the index portion of AR7. In Folder Options > File Types > the PDX association is now Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document. Once I get into Advanced, what do I need to change to associate it with the index? (Yes, I know I should have looked at what all it said before deleting but I forgot).
