My work depends on my being able to receive Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader messages.

When I click on view or download, sometimes I get the entire 9- or 10-page document in an entirely legible form. Other times I will get just a few pages with a few paragraphs legible throughout the document with the other pages blank. Sometimes I get error messages that read:

"There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad C map encoding." Or I get one that reads:

"The file contains information not understood by viewer. Suppress further errors ?"

If I click on "NO," I get the message: "Could not find the color space CSO."

How can I solve these problems so I can read the PDF files that I am trying to view or download ?
