When trying to print a pdf from within IE6, IE7(beta) or Firefox 1.5.0.7 I get a message from Adobe Acrobat that the document could not be printed and then another message that Adobe Acrobat could not start print job. I first came across the issue with Adobe Reader which I updated to 7.0.8 but still had problems. The url is 261 characters long which is very similar to a problem which was previously found to cause printing problems back in version 5. If the pdf is saved to a file and printed directly from Acrobat it prints correctly.
