When I start Adobe Reader, I get an error that the library libscsa.dll is missing. I click OK and everything runs normally. I've tried searching for this library on the Internet and on the Adobe site and have had no success. Any ideas where I can get this library or what might be causing the error? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing several times. I currently have 7.0.8, although it was happening with an earlier version.
