I think it has something to do with security settings, but I could not find anything on how to get them to work, nor did I find anything under help.

I uninstalled adobe and downloaded to install again. Then it worked.
Now I think I know what I have done was that every time a hyperlink is clicked, that darn intrusive box always pops up asking if I want to allow or disallow. There is no other box that states to not ask me again. I must have some how stopped it from popping which made the hyperlinks not click.

I still do have problems sometimes as when sometimes the hyperlink will be clicked I will receive an Internet Explorer Error and do I want to send a report or not. Another irritation, but at least I got the hyperlinks clicking again.

I know how irritating your problem is and do hope you can get your email links clickable.
