Sorry, it is very unclear what your actual problem/error is. * is Adobe Reader actually installed? * what version? Remove it with the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, then download and install it from one of these locations <http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.0/enu/AdbeRdr90_en_US.exe> (Reader9) <http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.0/enu/AdbeRdr90_en_US_Std.exe> (Reader 9 without Adobe AIR) <http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/8.x/8.1.3/enu/AdbeRdr813_en_US.exe> (Reader 8.1.3)
