HELP!!! How to save newer Adobe docs with old Adobe 4.0

I have an old computer with Adobe 4.0. I just received some Adobe files from a presumably newer version and I do not have the option to save the docs on any drop-down menu or with CTRL-S. Any other tips on how I can save these files to my hard drive?
