So, I found a couple of all-in-one printers and printed your files using Reader 7.0.5 and got some garbage output (boxes) where you said they would be. I then updated to 7.0.8 and the PDFs are now printing properly. Since you said you are already using 7.0.8, you may want to remove and reinstall the app and see if the problem persists.
