I am running Windows XP and recently started to have a problem with Adobe Reader. I currently get the following error message "Adobe Reader 7.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". When I check the Error Report it has the following information: AppName: acrord32.exe AppVer: 7.0.8.218 ModName: acord32.dll ModVer: 7.10.8.218 Offset: 000011bf9c I tried to uninstall the software, remove it then reinstall. Please respond if you have any suggestions. Thanks!!
