I sent out a PDF that all except one person has no problem with. However, that one person sees blank boxes wherever the the letters "fi" appear. That is, the word "first" appears as (imagine a box) "[ ]rst". All other text is fine, so I think all the requisite fonts are loaded. Any ideas for what might be going on here? Why only "fi"?
