Hello all,

Recently, my company implemented a new knowledge base that has some links to PDF files that we use. Some users are getting this error, each time they click a pdf, and mostly on version 7.XX of free Adobe Reader:

 <http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/1728/aderrorbe1.jpg>

"A network error occurred while accessing this document on the Internet. Would you like to close the document or reload it?"

One user has Adobe 6.0, and claims to have this issue as well, but 99% of the time it is on 7.0 and up.

Any ideas as to what to check? Some users have never seen this error, and they have clicked the same links, and have the same settings. Once they click "reload", it works, but not right away.

We will try uninstall/reinstall of the Reader too, just to be sure.
