I have created a pdf document in Acrobat 5 professional that is to be used as a training tool. I have added notes to the document. In Acrobat 5, the notes display in the navigation pane in the comments tab to the left of the image. I thought this would work great and give the user a quick glance at everything they need to refer to instead of paging through the entire image to find each note. The problem is that the users will be viewing this with the latest version of the reader. When viewing within the reader, the comments come up in a pane at the bottom and I donοΏ½t see any way to move it or sort the comments by type. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks!
