Merging PDF documents

I use a Dell pc with MS Windows XP Professional vs. 2002. I need to merge 5 PDF documents into one 5-page PDF document. Can this be accomplished? I tried to copy and paste idividual pages into a Word doc, but it did not work without blurring (came in too small and enlarging to fit page did not work).
