Problem with #Page directive on URL since 7.0.5

Our problem is that the first time a document is opened with a #Page directive, for example:

 <http://somesite.com/pdf/someresource.pdf#Page=229>

it is positioned to the correct page.
If another link is clicked that references another page for example:

 <http://somesite.com/pdf/someresource.pdf#Page=50>

it goes back to the last position in the document (page 229). If you open the task manager you will see that the AcroRd32.exe task is still running. As long as it is running, it ignores subsequent #Page requests. This problem was introduced in 7.0.5 and is still a problem in 7.0.8. Older versions of acrobat position to the correct page. If you close the AcroRd32.exe task, then the next request works correctly. Has anyone else seen this problem? If so is there a way to correct or work around this problem.

Thanks in advance
