I used the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (search for msicuu on microsoft.com) to get it out of the Add/Remove Programs (after the uninstall wouldn't work), but I'm still having problems. According to MS, "You can use Msicuu to remove the remnants of a corrupted Windows Installer installation that prevents you from installing a product correctly.", but it's not quite doing that for me. Basically now I can't do anything with Adobe Reader. Do you know if Adobe tech support monitors these posts or is it just users like us?
