Ok, after much trial and error, I figured it out on my own. For some reason, Firefox was using the PDF Plugin to try to open PDF's in the browser. Here is how I fixed the problem and now when I click on a link to a PDF, it opens in Reader. In Firefox, go to Tools>Options and click on the Downloads Tab. Click on "View and Edit Actions" button at the bottom of the window. Scroll down to the PDF Extension and click "Change Action". Instead of "Use this plugin", select "Open them with this Application" and click the browse button. Navigate to C:/Windows/Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 7.0/Reader/AcroRD32 file and click OK. Firefox will now open PDF's in Reader instead of trying to load them with the Browser PDF Plugin.
