Simple Question Regarding Scanning Document and Saving as PDF

If I scan a document and save it as a PDF titled Traffic Signs (for example), can I later scan another document and "add" it to that file? If so, how do I do this?

I'm using Acrobat Elements 6.0 with Windows XP.
