I would like to create (in Acrobat Professional) a series of PDFs (read in sequence much like an Ebook) and put in comments without the person who uses Acrobat Reader from seeing my name as the author, and words like "rectangle" or "polygon" when they (the comments) pop up. I know I can remove them one at a time by editing, but I would rather default the series of documents to have the author and subject null. The author and subject can't be set to null by using the "Make current properties default" command. That seems to affect the opacity of the rectangle or polygon, etc, that triggers the popup window. Thanks for your help.
