Well first you will need to download and install Adobe Reader if you
haven't already.

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Then you will need to set Adobe Reader as your default viewer for PDF
documents. In Adobe Reader you will also need to go to "Edit >
Preferences > Internet" and make sure that "Display PDF in browser" is
ticked.
