Currently Low resolution printing is not allowed on linux reader. The document is a secured document and allows only low resolution printing. It can be seen in the Document Properties, by clicking on the Show Details button in the Security tab. That is the reason you can print the document on windows but on linux the document properties show "Printing : Not Allowed".
