Hi Steve, I have just joined the forum as I am having a similar problem. When I double click (or right click and select open) on a .pdf file received as an attachment in Outlook Express my system recognises it as a .pdf file and asks if I wish to open it in Adobe Reader but then returns an error message saying it is not a valid Win32 application. If I right click on the attachment and select print, the file will print as normal. Also, if I right click and save the file to my desktop I am then able to open it as normal in Reader. I am using Windows XP Media Centre Edition with Internet Explorer6, Outlook Express and Adobe Reader 7.0.8.
