I am having the same problem, except in my case, I am using 7.0 and it installs 7.0.5, then I reboot, and I receive the above message to restart my system before I can continue updating. I restart...and restart...and restart...even in Safe Mode, and still receive the same message. It will not install updates 7.0.7 and 7.0.8. Yes, very frustrating!
