I have been desperatly trying to activate my software for the past 2 weeks. I sent an e-mail to Adobe on 9/1/06. I am on the phone with technical support at this moment and have been on hold for 3 hrs. I have turned off my firewall, I have told internet explorer that adobe is a trusted site, I turned off pop-up blocker. My computer downloads a file onto my computer that I believe is part of the activation but when it goes to open it it says " your software could note be activated. the Adobe DRM Activator is not responding " Anybody have any ideas.
