Summary:

For versions of the reader older than 7, you can set up a Javascript request to print a frame whose source is a PDF and the reader will grab that print request and open a dialog box with the default pages option being set to "all."

With version 7 the reader no longer grabs this request and so the print request sends a blank page to the printer.

To work around this, I have looked at using the PrintWithDialog() method, but it sets the default pages to "Pages from:1 to:1." This is causing confusion for many users.

I need to find a way to work around this so that the dialog is displayed, but the default option is all.

Steps to reproduce:

Save the following to an html file, view the file in a browser, and click the print button.
