Apologies if this is already covered on this site. I have looked in the forums and Adobes Support section and cannot find an answer.

A PC has a full version and Acrobat 5 installed. The user needs Reader 6 installed to view certain PDFs, which has been installed. When he launches a saved PDF from his PC, it will load in Reader 6, but when he clicks to open a PDF from a web page it will launch on version 5. Ordinarily the fix would be to remove the old version but we need to keep this as it is a full version of Acrobat.

I cannot find how to change this so that IE will use Reader 6 to open PDF files. I think it might be to do with the plugins?

Any help would be appreciated.
