Print Process Slower than usual

After clicking on the print icon on the toolbar, instead of the print dialog box popping up automatically, mine's taking 30 seconds to pop up. This is an issue because I'm at work and have to print PDF files on a regular basis. Normally the dialog box pops up and I can select what to print, current page and such quickly which makes my job much easier. This has just started today where it's taking me too long to get done. Can anyone help me out here?
