When viewing pdf files in a system which uses SAP, after viewing a pdf file then clicking on the 'back' button in the SAP screen to return to a list of pdf links, the user is no longer able to click on another pdf file because the mouse pointer does not change from an arrow to a hand. So basically the SAP session freezes and the only way to get out of it is to logoff and logon again to SAP. Any help is appreciated, other than upgrading Reader.
