I've prepared a document on the Pages application (iWork) on my Mac OS 10.4.7. It contains graphics, ordinary text in columns and text in text boxes. I saved it as a PDF file (I assume using a Mac program). I then burned it onto a CD. The PDF looks great. However when I put this CD into a PC (Windows XP) everything looks great APART FROM the text boxes. They have the original text in the right places but they also have lots of little vertical rectangles with X's in them. I believe this is probably something to do with my formatting in the original Pages document. Can anyone help me with suggestions as to how I can avoid these annoying little rectangles?
