When I view a .pdf file in Internet Explorer, the blue strip at the top of the page displays in Chinese. For instance, if I open a form on the irs.gov website, the blue strip at the top of the page changes from "Internal Revenue Service" to a display of Chinese characters. Everything else about the form and IE icons are perfectly readable in English. This problem occurred after I visited an English language website (I don't remember where) that indicated I needed to download a Chinese file to view it properly. I cannot uninstall this Adobe update through Control Panel-Add/Remove programs. The update is labeled:
{2B257128-0B59-4A88-AFDF-BE12E5F5B9A0}.

I would like to get my English heading back.
