Hi,
We're using adobe reader ver 7.0.8 (English) on our MS Server 2003 which uses as a terminal server. The users login to the servers using RDP and performing their tasks regularly.
All of our users work fine with the Acrobat Reader, except one user who encounters a peculiar problem.

When he tries to open a PDF document, he can't see the document but a gray square that covers the whole text. (If there had been an option to attach a snapshot I would've). It happens with any of the PDF documents, while others can read the same documents perfectly.
We've tried to upgrade the Acrobat reader (from 7.0 to 7.0.8 ), yet the problem continues to emerge (constantly).
We've also tried to erase his Adobe profile (as mentioned as an advice on your site to another solution).
We've also tried erasing his profile completely from the server � in vain.
Does it manage any permission (non-ms)?
He did notice that he can see the document for a second before it's being covered by the gray square. By the way - he can print the documents just fine. Looks like censorship. :)
