We use a PDF file that has been created that we have to enter data into multiple fields. I have a macro designed to calculate all the data in EXCEL, but we can only copy one field at a time from Excel and paste into the PDF. Is there a way we can do a 1 step copy and paste so that all the data from the excel spreadsheet enters the PDF? I know that I would have to make sure the fields align correctly, but I just don't know how to either "de-activate" single field paste, or "activate" a function on the pdf form to allow a full page paste. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Terri
