We are using Windows XP, with Internet Explorer 6.0.
This problem isn't happening to everyone, although the settings for all PC's are the same - for example, my system/settings works fine (where it opens in the browser) but it doesn't work for my colleague (which I why I posted the original message).

Hope this is enough information.
