Non-Administrators cannot open pdf files. No error message. During the installation of ZoomText v.8.13.1, a warning appears about the file msvcr71.dll. The security privileges on that file in "Windows(or Winnt)\System32" are removed for "Everyone" and "Users". Recommended FIX: Add 'Authenticated Users' to msvcr71.dll's security with 'Modify' permissions.
