I tried installing adobe and it stopped and now there is the shortcut on my desktop that says Resume Adobe downloads, but when i click on it and it tries to download i get an error message and it stops and goes back to the shortcut on the screen. How do i get it to download so i can download files i need to see from websites. Nothing downloads from websites it redirects me to a page that has an error message, saying this page will help you find the software you need to open your files. thanks in advance for any help, sweetcitywife
