I've scanned several documents to file and had them delivered to me via email. When trying to open these I get a "drawing error" message. Only random pages are visible. I've looked through the knowledge base and the forum and it appears that this is a very frequent problem. However, none of the "fixes" appear to work. The most common, involving the AcrobatColorSettings.csf file isn't applicable as this file doesn;t appear. Can I get rid of this "new and unimproved" version and go back to an earlier version? These files worked in the earlier version.
