I am helping a friend install Adobe Reader 7.0.8. He is receiving this message after the Download Manager is installed during the actual install process. I cleaned up all of the miscellaneous My Pictures folders and left the original on the C drive top level. I tried to help by downloading the download manager onto a CD, but he still gets the error. I successfully installed Adobe Reader 7.0.8 on my own laptop without any problems at all. Can anyone provide insight why the install is looking for My Pictures or why he is having this problem?

Rachel
