Did you ever find an answer to this? I am trying to achieve the same thing. The best I can get is by linking to the pdx it will open up a separate instance of acrobat reader complete with the search pane. This is ok, but for the project I am working on, it would be really good to have the search pane contrained within the bounds of the the browser. Does anyone have any bright ideas? Thanks Kevin
