I have created a table of contents w/o already having the pages inserted. The page that was there was the page that is linked to every page in my toc. How do I delete that page w/o having an effect on all the other pages. One example is when I add a page it adds it to all of the pages! I understand that when creating bookmarks it will use the page that it is on, but why everytime that I add a page it adds them everywhere and I can't seem to delete that first page w/o deleting them all. Thank you
